I’m missing my daughter right now. She is in a retreat house somewhere in Rizal with her classmates and teachers.It was just an overnight activity, but I still miss her presence around.

Students are expected to participate in the communal prayer, inspirational talks, silence and solitude, etc.  According to the letter sent to parents, the activity “will bring renewal to their body, mind and spirit and make them a better person”.

My daughter didn’t bring any yoga bag and other unnecessary items, just a pair of overnight shirt and pants and jeans and shirt for tomorrow’s activity. I’ll be fetching her tomorrow afternoon. I hope the activity will have an impact on my daughter like make her a little more sociable.
