Visita Iglesia Online

I haven’t tried visiting churches or the traditional Visita Iglesia during the Holy Week, so glad the Catholic Church particularly the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) has put up an online site dedicated to people – who might not have a chance or the physical ability to leave their homes to visit different churches this lenten season.

There are at least 5 churches being featured by the site. You can check out the link within this post to begin your journey and reflections on the Stations of the Cross…

From Macau with Love

My sister in Venetian Macau

My beloved sister has successfully sent her first ever Balikbayan box full of assorted items including kitchen stuffs for our mother and toys for her four children. The big box also contains some items owned by her co-workers which will be distributed when my sister arrives before the year ends.

In one of the plastic bags, I found a pair of cool cuff links for kids. They’re so cute. My sister said the superhero cuff links are intended for her co-worker’s nephews. I realized that cuff links can be a good gift item too.

Anyway, my sister will spend eleven days here and she will have to squeeze all the activities and bonding time with her kids in such a short period of time.

Looking forward to see you.  Happy Holidays! 🙂
