Searching for art galleries to visit this vacation

The family decided to make good use of the summer vacation by visiting art galleries especially the ones that are easy to locate. Besides the National Museum, we want to try to visit a couple of art galleries that I’ve seen from this website. I’m also posting a couple of photos from the site (credit to the owners).

Art galleries, museums, parks are just a few interesting and inexpensive places to visit to celebrate Mother’s Day.

National Museum visit

So hubby and the big kids went to the National Museum last June 17 to check on some artworks as requirement for my daughter’s school project. I was resting and just too tired to join them. Here’s some of the photos that my husband took using his cellphone. (Sorry the photos doesn’t have labels and bit blurry too.)

The trio also went to the National Planetarium but they were not allowed to take pictures inside. I hope I could join them in the next visit.

The National Museum of the Philippines is located at the P. Burgos Drive, Rizal Park, Manila. It is open from Tuesdays-Sundays, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hotel gift certificate

Another blessing for us. We are excited for this opportunity to stay in a hotel in Intramuros, Manila. We hope to use the gift certificates next month. The GCs are good for a day stay but it doesn’t matter the important thing is that they’re free and it’s not everyday that we get to receive such a blessing. I might also take the opportunity to look for 2014 firebird around the hotel area.
