Catholic Churches in Quezon City

Are you preparing to visit seven Catholic churches this Holy Week for the traditional Visita Iglesia (Church Visit)? If you are in Quezon City and you don’t have a list yet of churches to visit next week, you can check it here.

Although the churches are accessible by public transport you may still need to wear sigvaris compression stockings to protect you legs as you have to walk most of the time as part of your atonement.

Popular Places for School Field Trip in Manila

Are you familiar with the places where school field trips are commonly held? The short list is in no particular order you can add if I’ve missed a place or two.

Luneta Park, Manila Zoo, Fort Santiago, Museo Pambata, San Agustin Church, Manila Cathedral, National museum, Manila Ocean Park, Star City.

These places especially the historical sites have maintained their stature and cleanliness for years making them popular among local tourists and foreign travelers.

Each tourist spot must have managed their own garbage disposal system well. One or two of them could be maintaining their own  composter to keep the facilities clean all the time.

What was the last place in the list that you have visited so far?

Taoist Temple

Taoist Temple, Beverly Hills, Cebu City

Missing Cebu City. The Taoist Temple and Plantation Bay Resort in Cebu City are some of the places that I wish to visit again one of these days. I had the opportunity to see both places several years ago as part of my former job. I wish I could stay longer to enjoy and explore the whole place.

Thanks Leenie for the nice photos.
